Friday Morning Musings

Jul 24, 2020

Begin again

What lies behind you and what lies in front of you, pales in comparison to what lies inside of you. Ralph Waldo Emerson

Leo season has just started which helps us re-connect to our courage, express our truest self, and have fun doing it.

This week is one of BIG changes around the ways we think and move forward so I’m experimenting and trying on new ideas to build better balance.

If you correct your mind, the rest of your life will fall into place. Aristotle

A few ideas to consider:

Look at what’s on your agenda for the rest of 2020 or the rest of your life.

Any dreams/plans you need to modify, cancel or speed up?

If you could change one habit, what would that be?

If you could let go of the clutter in your home how would that feel?

When you feel overwhelmed, you’re trying too hard. Thich Nhat Hanh

Early morning I sit, write, sip yummy coffee by candlelight and thank all the writers, healers, teachers and helpers I’ve been blessed to know and be influenced by who help me grow by stepping up in bold ways.

Actually this is why I’m offering the free weekly fresh start in 15 Qigong Series in August – a wonderful way to thank you for being a loyal Musing reader, introduce a few self healing practices, and boost your personal magnetism.

Be-ing BIGGER requires more energy, faith and trust than we might currently tap into before launching our day. The power of inner magnetism calls for our adventurous spirit to fully re-awaken.

I’m thrilled to say that fresh start in 15 is attracting a magical group of explorers who are ready to embrace change and power up together.

Maybe you’re ready to get grounded, move more, regain balance, heal from illness or re-build your strength from a recent surgery or just want to feel stronger, healthier and happier.

If you know someone who is having a hard time and you want to help lift them up, please share this invitation. Reply to this email and I’ll add you to the wait list.

Ok that’s it…have a beautiful week…take good care and be well.
Much love,
