Friday Morning Musings

Dec 17, 2020

Listen lovingly

“If a man does not keep pace with his companions, perhaps it is because he hears a different drummer. Let him step to the music which he hears, however measured or far away.” ~ Henry David Thoreau

The end of the year marks a time for reflection and letting go of what no longer serves us.

As we wrap up 2020, what have you learned about yourself this year?

Here are 3 ideas to consider:

1 – What did you discover about yourself that makes you smile?
2 – What experiences caused you to re-think your choices?
3 – What are you the most grateful for right now?

Knowing how to tune-up our energy is essential for having more of what we do want and less of what we don’t want.

With awareness comes CLARITY that increases our creativity, vitality and new paths open. I love feeling these words roll around in my voice as I speak them out loud: Awareness, Clarity, Creativity & Vitality. Try it – isn’t that fun?

Oh, and speaking of new paths, I’m designing a Thursday evening Zoom practice that helps us sleep better and wake up feeling relaxed, rested and refreshed. Each week I’ll share simple tips that help us feel better in 15 minutes.

“Awareness is like the sun. When it shines on things they are transformed.” ~ Thich Nhat Hanh

All righty, that’s it for this week…have a beautiful weekend, enjoy all the sparkly lights & holiday decorations, and may PEACE be with you.

With love,

PS ~ If you’d like to be added to the Wait List for the upcoming Thursday evening QI practice just reply to this email.
