“Let us be grateful to people who make us happy. They are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom.” Marcel Proust

January always insists I slow down as others speed up, and it’s extra challenging this year because 2021’s energy moves quickly.

CHANGE is in the air, and I still need more time to pause, stretch my imagination and decide what would be fun to manifest this year:)

I can be stubborn, resist change and not be as flexible as I could be at times so I’m switching things up just to see what happens.

So far I’m changing how I start and end my day, choosing a different day for shopping, and selecting a dedicated day off each week just for fun. Any new healthy habits you are wanting to implement this year?

I like Scottish philosopher, Thomas Carlyle’s, thought that “he who has health, has hope; and he who has hope, has everything.”

All righty that’s it for this week…may we be happy, healthy and hopeful, and may this be true for each and every one of us.

Embracing hope,

Joan
