Look within

“The care of the Earth is our most ancient and most worthy, and after all, our most pleasing responsibility. To cherish what remains of it and to foster its renewal is our only hope.” ~ Wendell Berry

Happy Earth Day Week!

Earth Day was created back in 1970 when activist Denis Hayes and Senator Gaylord Nelson partnered to create a way for us to galvanize our efforts to reduce carbon emissions and pollution.

Let’s be responsible mother earth lovers and pay more attention to how we spend our time, energy and resources.

“Each day is an invitation to see the world in a new way, to watch it bloom before our eyes like a flower in time-lapse photography, to feel the curvature of the earth in our bodies, and to become aware that we live on the edge of a spinning ball where anything can happen.” ~ Marv & Nancy Hiles

And the sun has just moved into the stable, grounded and sensuous sign of Taurus, and she reminds us to slow down, be still and enjoy the sensual pleasures in life.

It’s time to stop and smell the roses, weed our gardens, journal in the sun, take afternoon naps, go hiking…enjoy the great outdoors!

“Gratitude is most powerful as a response to the Earth because it provides an opening to reciprocity, to the act of giving back, to living in a way that the Earth will be grateful for us.” ~ Robin Wall Kimmerer

All righty that’s it for now…oh, and I am thrilled by the success stories students are sharing from the 2 Pain Relief Workshops I’ve guided.

I am so honored to deeply serve in this way and share proven ancient energy healing secrets that begin working within a few minutes of effort. Plus each movement is simple, easy to perform and can be practiced while seated.

During this Workshop each participant had a 1% shift, some even mentioned a 30% reduction in pain and frozen fingers started moving again! Wow – so happy for their success and if this sounds like something you’d like to know more about just reply to this post.

Ok, let the soles of your feet kiss the ground as you count your blessings and thank Mother Earth for this wild adventure we’re on together!
Have fun in the sun…enjoy!
