Loosen up

A favorite question I often ask is…what’s the most loving thing I can do for myself right now?

When I heard find new ways to raise and maintain your own vibration I started paying closer attention to the emails I was receiving because I’ve developed a skill for magnetizing awesome resources.

As I started exploring new ways to raise and maintain my own energy a funny thing happened.

Lovetuner, a company dedicated to helping folks raise their vibration, began crossing my path and I also started receiving emails from Deepak Chopra about this company.

I’m familiar with the 528hz energy frequency and have multiple mp3 recordings however this felt different and inspired me to take a closer look.
