Relax relax relax
“One of the best lessons you can learn in life is to master how to remain calm. Calm is a super power.” ~ Bruce Lee
Today I’m happy to share that in the midst of all the busyness in June it’s particularly important to slow down and relax, relax, relax.
During a recent T’ai Chi Chih class 3 students shared that it was difficult for them to move fully due to joint issues, Arthritis and Sciatica pain.
I was so sorry to hear this news and with their encouragement started exploring ancient energy healing techniques that strengthen heart function, increase joint mobility and relieve Arthritis pain.
In recent Workshops the results have been very encouraging: frozen fingers started moving, back pain was reduced by 30%, and Sciatica pain relieved during our session.
Some felt more relaxed and others felt more energized which got me thinking, I wonder if this series of movements can help pre and/or post surgery?
Fortunately two friends having hip and knee replacement surgery reported that they were able to rely upon their new skills to feel better faster.
One shared it really helped her relax so her medication could work better, another said they use the practice all the time to strengthen their new joints and sleep more peacefully:)
I’m teaching this soothing practice later this month and would love to have you join us.
We’ll be meeting for an hour on Tuesday June 22 at 1:30PM PT via Zoom.
If you have questions or would like to register for this Workshop just let me know.
Our ability to cultivate a sense of calm matters, and this skill enables us to flow more easily with life’s ups and downs.
“The little things? The little moments? They aren’t little.” ~ Jon Kabat-Zinn
All righty that’s it for now…have a wonderful weekend…enjoy!
