I thought it might be fun to share a few ways to boost our energy this summer so we feel more aligned, energized and supported.
This fast-moving year seems to be teaching me a lot about the role change plays in my life. How about you?
3 Ways to Strengthen Summer’s Energy:
1 – Do fun things that make you smile like hiking, boating and playing at the beach.
2 – Celebrate life with people who make you feel good.
3 – Follow your heart, take inspired action and laugh a lot.
And as Joseph Campbell suggests “follow your bliss”.
Another way to elevate the wisdom of summer’s energy is through the study of Qigong, and happily Tuesday’s Workshop helped us slow down, get centered and deepen our sense of ease and harmony.
