This week I’ve been strengthening my sense of feeling strong, safe and grounded during these uncertain times.
Autumn is all about being practical and re-connecting with mother earth, and here are 3 reminders I find helpful:
1 – Foundation
Mother Earth provides all of us a stable home, and helps teach us about the importance of structure, stability and strength. When we have balanced earth energy we’re naturally more creative, expansive and live in harmony with nature.
2 – Healthy Digestion
The earth re-balances itself with the four seasons, and this process takes place with grace and ease. When we fall out of balance, we become stressed and can experience digestive issues. Cultivating exercises that boost digestion can help us regain balance.
3 – Emotional Digestion
Learning how to maintain emotional balance helps us more easily digest life’s challenging experiences, and I find knowing how to stabilize these energies very helpful as we must become more flexible and resilient as our world keeps changing quickly.
Eventually you just have to let go of what you think should happen, and lean into what is happening:)
