Nurture Mind Body Balance

Ease Please

Qigong says everyone’s body has a network of energy channels running through it. When the channels are open and lots of energy is flowing freely through them, the body works wonderfully: you feel healthy, happy and peaceful.

When the channels get blocked (say through stress and emotions, poor nutrition, injuries and so on), energy cannot flow freely and begins to become imbalanced – too much here, too little there. In time, this shows up in the body as what we call “sickness” or “disease.”

EASE PLEASE is a fusion of ancient and modern energy healing movements that helps re-store mind/body balance.

As you start improving the way energy flows through the body’s Meridian channels you automatically start to relax and release any stored tension in your mind and body.

Each practice is filled with positivity and helps you feel:

  • Centered & Focused
  • Peaceful & Calm
  • Inspired & Motivated
  • Relaxed & Energized

What can you expect? Each weekly practice is different though similar and often builds upon what was learned the week before.

Strong Body  ☯︎  Quiet Mind  ☯︎  Open Heart

We focus on gentle restorative techniques that elevate your energy, soothe your nervous system, and strengthen your immune system.

Let us just tell you how much we three appreciated the Ease Please recording! We downloaded the zoom app onto my mother’s iPad and showed her how to use it. Yesterday, after we flew home, she texted us to let us know that she was triumphant in doing the session without us! We were so tickled. When we called her this afternoon she was getting ready to do it again. Thank you, thank you, thank you
