About Joan

The day Covid landed in my small island community changed the way we relate to one another. 

It shifted my life and took my business in a new direction.

Many of my clients were also experiencing challenges in their personal and professional lives. 

Creating mind/body balance became essential for them, and has been the foundation of my work for the past 35 years.

Joan Roulac is a T’ai Chi Chih Certified Instructor, coach, writer, photographer and believes in the life-changing power of meditation, mindfulness, and movement. She’s passionate about making energy healing practices accessible for friends around the world. Joan became a Certified T’ai Chi Chih Instructor in 1987, and since then she’s taught thousands of people the ancient art of moving meditation. Developing a joyful movement business has been the catalyst for the greatest things in her life, and nothing gives her more pleasure than sharing the tools and techniques she’s learned over the years that help restore mind/body balance.

I’ve been helping people like you live happier, healthier lives since 1987.

We all stumble on the spiritual path, and I find it’s the challenges that spark change and wake us up to explore new possibilities.

I inspire people who are ready to make BIG changes in their physical, mental, emotional or spiritual lives. During our sessions, I teach you the practices you need to create balance as you move through these changes.
